Our local Leeds LS8 based garage conversion service transformed the above [cold, damp, and full of cobwebs] underused garage into a stunning new room. Beautifully decorated, and all built to building regulations to create a much more inviting 'habitable room' (in this example the client brief was to use their converted garage as a home office)...

The use and benefits will depend on whether the garage is attached to the main home or freestanding. Plus whether it is single or double.

Attached garage conversions give more scope and could be used as a home office, extra or guest bedroom, play room for kids, downstairs toilet/loo, utility room, or pantry/larder storage. The benefit of an attached garage conversion in Leeds is the room can become part of your main home and is seen as more accessible. (Where possible the garage floor will be raised/levelled during conversion, to the same level as the main home to facilitate this).
